Blue Monday Special
A Blue Monday Special is a deal you offer clients after you realize you didn’t offer them a Thanksgiving, Black Friday, Small Business Saturday or Cyber Monday promotion.
A Blue Monday Special is offered any Monday in December when many businesses slow down because people are saving for the holidays, going on vacation. In other words, they’re not thinking about your product or service. Your clients may have to cut back on your product or services because their business has slowed. Show them your support by thinking of what they need and providing it at an introductory rate, for a trial period or at a special price.
No matter what your business you should be offering something to everyone to keep them engaged with your brand. You can reward them for doing business with you when budgets tighten or spending slows or stops for the holidays.

When to Offer a Blue Monday Special
A Blue Monday Special should be shared at least a week and preferably weeks in advance. You need time to promote it with an e-mail blast, website post, social media, fliers, postcards.
You can call it in, talk it up or bring it up during weekly or monthly client meetings. It’s a special for existing clients to reward them for doing business with you and letting them know you appreciate their business.
Send a note in the mail, yes, snail mail. A handwritten note to invite them to try something or take advantage of an offer that you know they’ll appreciate.
